I’m George C. Briones III — founder of Omni Athlete Training, husband, father, and lifelong student of human performance.
- 16+ years coaching athletes from all walks of life and ages.
- Former U.S Recon Marine with experience in high-stress, high-performance environments.
- Degrees in Sports Psychology and English, specializing in adult education and mindset development.
I built Omni Athlete Training to help athletes achieve not just short-term results, but long-term adaptability, strength, and freedom.
