A Better Way to Train for the Goals That Matter to You

FAQs

How Much Time Do I Need to Train?

Your weekly training time depends on your goals, your current fitness, and the season of life you are in.

You do not need a perfect schedule to start. Coaching is about building a plan you can actually follow, not forcing your life around a program that looks good on paper.

Whether you have three hours a week or twenty, we build your training around your real schedule, your recovery, your responsibilities, and the demands of your goal. As life changes, your plan changes with it.

That is what separates coaching from a generic training plan. You are not getting a copy-and-paste program based only on how many hours you have available. You are getting a plan built for you, adjusted week to week, and coached around the life you are actually living.

If you think you do not have enough time, that is usually where coaching helps the most.

I Don't Compete, and I'm Just Looking to Improve My Overall Fitness. Do You Coach Athletes Like Me?

Yes.

You do not need to be training for a race, competition, or event to work with us. A lot of people come to Omni because they want to feel stronger, move better, build consistency, improve their health, or get back to feeling like themselves again.

Coaching is not only for competitive athletes. It is for people who want structure, accountability, and a plan that fits their life.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve endurance, reduce pain, feel more athletic, or simply have more energy for your family and work, we can help you build a plan around where you are now and where you want to go.

You do not have to compete to train with purpose.

I Am Not Sure Coaching Is for Me, and I Am Afraid Of Commitment.

No.

You do not need to lock yourself into a long-term commitment to start coaching with Omni. Coaching should feel like the right fit, not something you feel trapped in.

The first step is simple: we learn about your goals, your schedule, your training history, and what you actually need support with. From there, we help you choose the coaching option that makes the most sense for where you are.

If you are unsure, that is normal. Most people do not need more pressure. They need clarity, structure, and a coach who can help them figure out the next right step.

Start where you are. Build from there.

How Does Online/Remote Coaching Work?

Online coaching gives you the structure of having a coach without needing to train in person.

After you sign up, we start by learning about your goals, training history, schedule, equipment, current fitness, and anything that may affect your training. From there, your coach builds a plan around what you are preparing for and what your life can actually support.

Your workouts are delivered through the training app, so you can see what is coming, track your sessions, and keep everything in one place. As you train, your coach reviews key workouts, gives feedback, and adjusts the plan when needed.

You are not left guessing what to do next. You have a coach helping you manage the plan, make smart changes, and keep your training moving in the right direction.

Communication depends on the coaching package you choose, but every option includes direct support, workout review, and coaching built around you.

What Happens If I Need Time Off Because of an Injury?

Injuries happen. The goal is not to force training through pain. The goal is to make the right adjustment so you can keep moving forward without making the issue worse.

If you get injured, your coach will work with you to adjust the plan based on what you can safely do. That may mean changing exercises, reducing volume, shifting intensity, adding more recovery, or building around movements that do not aggravate the injury.

We do not treat injuries as a reason to disappear from training. In most cases, there is still something productive we can work on, whether that is mobility, aerobic work, strength around the issue, upper or lower body training, recovery, or rebuilding consistency.

If the injury requires medical care, we will always recommend that you work with the appropriate provider. From there, we can help bridge the gap between rehab, training, and getting back to full performance.

The plan changes, but the mission stays the same: keep you progressing intelligently.

What Happens After I Sign Up Online?

After you sign up, we take you through the Omni onboarding process.

You will start by filling out your intake forms so we can understand your goals, training history, schedule, equipment, injury history, current fitness, and what you actually need from coaching.

From there, you will have a one-hour onboarding call with your coach. On that call, we will review your intake forms, talk through your goals, answer questions, and get you set up inside the Omni training app.

Before we build your full training plan, we take you through the first phase of working with us. This usually includes a movement assessment and a testing phase so we can see how you move, where your current fitness sits, what needs attention, and what your body is ready for.

This helps us build your plan with better information instead of guessing.

Once the onboarding, assessment, and testing phase are complete, your coach will build out your training plan and start guiding you week to week inside the app.
